And then there is the other side of my Kalma family these are my Kalma boys. The reason behind why the Kalma Life brand exists today. I am completely outnumbered but wouldn’t have it any other way. I’ve built this brand to what it is today around these delightful faces. I would say I am incredibly lucky to have been able to do this. Which is why we want to offer the same opportunities to people just like you!

We strongly believe the roots of yoga and mindfulness should be taught through experience and knowledge. Our certified Yoga and Mindfulness teachers do both! As an approved training provider though the IICT are programs and policies have all been vetted by the Childrens Activities Association to ensure all are of a high standard.
Our childrens yoga teacher training program equates to over 100 hours of yoga teaching, practices, theory and learning-so you know we mean business!
